Techlab Return / Refund Policy
All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or replacement.
Change of Mind
Techlab does not offer a refund on a return due to change of mind. Where the goods are in unopened and unused condition, Techlab will offer an exchange or store credit to the value of the original purchase price.
Where purchased goods are deemed faulty after 30 days from purchase until the fulfilment of their warranty period, Techlab will offer a replacement, repair or store credit.
Techlab may elect to send the faulty goods to a manufacturer specified repairer to ascertain the nature of the problem, and to perform the repair.
We reserve the right not to offer a remedy if the failure is the result of misuse or neglect.
Proof of Purchase
All goods brought in store for any return or warranty claim must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. This can be in the form of a Register Reciept or Financial Statement showing the date and transaction amount.
